- Major Highways: Bennington is well served by U.S. Rte. 7 (N-S) which is a limited access expressway from the

Hampshire. The distance of nearest Interstate Interchange is 36 miles to 1-87.
- Motor Freight: The Bennington area is served by common carriers as well as United Parcel Service.
